The Role

Quintessential Brands are looking for a Marketing Manager. You will be a member of a global team charged with creating and implementing the marketing strategies and programs which grow QBG’s award winning brands in the US. MM will be responsible for adapting and enriching the marketing platforms developed by an experienced and talented global marketing team to the unique requirements of the American market. MM will be a lynchpin between brand marketing and the QB North America sales team and will have the specific duty of translating global marketing strategies into the trade marketing, social media and activation programs which support the activities of the US sales team.



To contribute to the strategic planning of marketing programs for the US and to adapt that plan to the overall operating plan of QB North America.

• To be responsible for the translation of the marketing plan into the activities and educational assets necessary to execute the plan successfully in the markets served by QB North America.

• To create and be responsible for the production and dissemination of trade marketing materials employed in support of the QB North America sales team.

• To assist in the development and conduct of brand activation programs.

• To work with QBG global digital marketing team on the development and maintenance of compelling US websites and dynamic social media platforms for QB’s priority brands.

• To manage the sourcing, inventory and delivery of trade marketing and promotion materials.

• To develop and execute cost-effective PR programs to support QB’s priority brands

• To lead QB North America’s participation in the rapidly developing e-commerce channel for spirits

• To gather, evaluate and report on data relevant to the markets, market categories and dynamics of the spirits industry in the US

• To participate in the development and presentation of annual and multi-year plans.

• To provide QB North America and the global marketing group with regular updates including performance of brand activation programs, competitive insights, consumer trends, retail and on-line channel developments.
