Church of Oak is building an ambitious new Irish luxury venture with global ambition. We are assembling a small, exceptional team to take the business from first launch into international markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, from production through to customer delivery.
- Build and manage international co-manufacturing, bottling, warehousing, and logistics networks.
- Establish best-in-class demand and supply planning, implementing a fit-for-purpose S&OP process.
- Develop strong partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and technical partners.
- Create cost-control frameworks, operational KPIs, and reporting systems to drive efficiency.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance supply chain and operations team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Profile
We are seeking a senior supply chain leader with international experience building networks from scratch. Candidates must be comfortable in a founder-led, high-growth environment and able to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on problem solving.
