Church of Oak is building an ambitious new Irish luxury venture with global ambition. We are assembling a small, exceptional team to take the business from first launch into international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global marketing and innovation strategy, from brand positioning and creative direction to activation and pipeline.
  • Oversee brand communications, storytelling, content, and events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects quality and ambition.
  • Lead launch plans in selected international markets, ensuring flawless execution and measurable impact.
  • Identify and develop partnerships that amplify the brand in premium drinks and luxury lifestyle spaces.
  • Drive the innovation agenda, shaping product concepts that balance heritage with boundary-pushing creativity.

Profile

We are seeking a senior marketing leader with a strong background in luxury and spirits, and experience building premium brands with global ambition. Candidates should bring a track record of successful brand launches, creative storytelling ability, commercial acumen, and the confidence to thrive in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment.
