Church of Oak is building an ambitious new Irish luxury venture with global ambition. We are assembling a small, exceptional team to take the business from first launch into international markets.

Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for building Church of Oak’s international commercial presence from the ground up. This means securing high-value distributor relationships, designing and executing market entry strategies, and establishing the commercial infrastructure needed to compete in the most demanding global spirits markets. It is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on role in which you will personally drive early-stage sales and trade marketing while laying the foundations for scalable, long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the international commercial strategy, including distributor selection, market entry planning, and launch execution.
  • Identify and secure strategic distributor and trade partnerships in priority export regions.
  • Define route-to-market plans, pricing architecture, and margin structures that align with premium positioning.
  • Lead trade marketing and activation in each launch market, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency.

Profile

  • Proven export or commercial leader with experience launching premium or luxury spirits brands in multiple international markets.
  • Strong existing distributor relationships in high-priority markets.
  • Expertise in defining and delivering route-to-market, pricing, and activation strategies from scratch.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of sales forecasting and trade planning.
