Our client, a Global drinks Brand, are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager/Loyalty Manager to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role you will work alongside global brand team leaders, local markets and agency partners to enhance and develop their brand advocacy concepts. Develop rewards calendar that will facilitate equity building, engagement and retention. Drive community insights and opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement and retention. Team collaboration to ensure the successful execution of global CRM initiatives.
